Schedules generate from your registrations. Results come in, and the table updates in the shape bowling is actually scored in.
Where the season’s money sits, week by week
A league fee split into shares is not a promise to pay. Each share is its own charge on its own schedule, landing in your connected account as it clears. The prize fund grows in a bank, not in a drawer.
- One team, one roster line, one spot in the count — however many people pay toward it
- Collected and outstanding are separate numbers all season, so “who still owes” is a screen rather than a memory
- One bowler paying their own share is capped the way any single entry is capped; a team settled in one payment is priced for the whole side, and the per-athlete ceiling does not apply to it
Common Questions
- Where does the prize fund sit?
- In your own connected account, arriving as each payment clears, rather than in cash with whoever volunteered to hold it. That is the single biggest thing this changes for a bowling league.
- Who enters the scores?
- Your captains submit the result and you approve it before it counts, so the table moves on your say-so rather than on whoever typed first.
- Do you calculate handicaps or averages?
- No. Standings rank on points from the scores your captains submit, and there is no average, no handicap and no blind score for an absent bowler. A handicap league would keep that sheet alongside this rather than inside it.
