Getting paid
The season is paid for before it starts.
Signing up and paying are one step, so an entry arrives settled or arrives with its share already charged. Nothing to invoice, nobody to chase in March. Every payment goes through Stripe Connect into your own connected account as it clears. We are never holding your season's money.
The season, running itself
The table is current before anyone leaves the bar.
Round-robin schedules and elimination brackets draw themselves from the registrations you already have. Results come in; the standings move. Scoring is built per sport — points for court and field games, time for endurance events, strokes for golf.
Clubs
The run club people find on their own.
Say when you meet, where exactly to stand and what pace you run, and your club turns up when someone searches their day and their pace. Post to everyone who follows it. Clubs cost nothing to run and need no payouts set up.

Common Questions
- What does it cost to list an event?
- Nothing. There is no subscription, no listing fee, and no limit on how many events, leagues or seasons you run. We only earn when an athlete pays a registration fee.
- Who pays the card processing fee?
- Whichever you choose. Absorb both fees and the athlete pays exactly the price you set; pass them on and they are added at checkout, shown before anyone pays.
- Can I run a free event?
- Yes, and it costs nothing. With no registration fee there is no charge, so there is no card processing and no fee from us.
- When do I get paid?
- Each registration transfers to your own Stripe account as it is paid, rather than accumulating with us until the season ends. From there it reaches your bank on whatever payout schedule your Stripe account is set to.
- What happens when someone cancels?
- The registrant is refunded what was passed through to you. Stripe does not return its processing fee on a refund and neither do we, so a refund reverses your share of the registration rather than the full amount the athlete paid.
- Do you assign or pay officials?
- No. There is no referee or umpire assignment, no availability calendar and no payment to officials, so that stays wherever you handle it today. For a field or court league it is the largest recurring job this does not touch.
- Does it book fields, courts or gym time?
- No, and the distinction matters: schedules here decide who plays whom and in what order, not which court or time slot each game lands in. Facility hours are usually the scarcest thing a league runs on, and they stay in whatever calendar you book them through.
- How do team entries and the fee cap work?
- The cap is per athlete, so it applies to what one person pays. A percentage with no ceiling punishes the most expensive entries hardest, and a long-course triathlon entry is not ten times more work for us than a club 5K. A whole-team season entry settled by a single payer covers a roster rather than an athlete, so it is not capped. If the team splits it and each member pays their own part, every part is capped on its own.
