Can I run a wood-bat league?
Yes. Bat type — wood, BBCOR or any — is set once and shown on the event page, so a player turning up with the wrong bat has already been told, so a player turning up with the wrong bat has already been told.
Can I cap the roster?
A maximum roster size is a field on the league, checked against the roster rather than left as a line in a rules document.
