Finding one

Bowling leagues run the same night for a whole season, so the night decides everything. Every league states its night, and the house it plays out of, then keep the ones you like on your follow list, which is where a new season announces itself.
Getting in
Teams enter, and dues split per bowler.
A team enters together and the season dues split across the roster, so each bowler settles their own share rather than one person fronting it and chasing the rest until Christmas.

Every one of these is decided by the organizer before entries open rather than argued about in week three, and whatever they have settled is on the event page under “What is set” — so you read the rules before you enter, not at the field on the first night.

Handicaps and averages are not calculated here. Whatever your house or association uses stays where it is, and the league's secretary is who maintains it — we take the entries and keep the table.
Common Questions
- Do I have to pay the whole season up front?
- That is the league's choice. Dues split per bowler, so what you settle is your own share rather than the team's, and when it is due is set by whoever runs the league.
- Are averages and handicaps worked out for me?
- No. Nothing here calculates an average or a handicap, so a league that runs on them keeps doing that the way it already does. Standings and results are what this holds.
- Do I need an account to look around?
- No. Browsing is open to anyone — leagues, clubs, tournaments and races are all readable without signing in. You only need an account to register for something, because a registration has to belong to somebody.
- How does paying work?
- Registering and paying are one step, by card. Where the event asks for a waiver you sign it in the same checkout rather than printing it and carrying it to the field. The money goes to the organizer running the event rather than sitting with us until the season ends.
- What if I do not have a team?
- Races, tournaments and open days take you exactly as you are — one entry, one person. A league season is entered by a team, so instead of registering alone you list yourself as available to play and the teams that are a body short come and find you. Nothing is paid until one of them takes you on.
- What happens if it is already full?
- For a race, a tournament or an open day, a waitlist place confirms itself the moment somebody drops out. A league season queues by team instead, and the side that comes off the queue gets a window to settle the entry before the spot moves on. Where the field is capped by permit, entry may run as a draw with a claim window instead.
- Something went wrong with my registration. Who do I ask?
- The organizer first. They run the event, they can see your registration and they are the one who can change or refund it. If you cannot reach them, we will help — but they are faster, because it is their event.
- What do I keep afterwards?
- One profile carrying every registration, result and standing, across every sport you play here. A season of kickball and a spring half marathon sit in the same place rather than across two organizers and a timing company.
